SUMMER 2026 will be here before you know it. We prefer to rent to one person or couple for the entire summer. But also will consider stays divided into the 3 major summer holidays. This year, there are 108 nights of summer. Starting Friday, May 22nd, and ending on Labor Day, September 7th. The way requests come in, will dictate how we manage our calendar. Below you'll see 3 suggested packages with check-in and out dates. Use this as a guide for now and we're always open to discussing your specific date requests.

Check-in Friday, May 22 (or earlier) - Check-out Tuesday, June 30th

4th of July Package (31 nights)
Check-in Wednesday, July 1st- Check-out Friday, July 31st

Labor Day Package (39 nights)
Check-in Friday, July 31st-Check-out Monday, September 7th (or later)
